The reason for the bulging and delamination of floor is that the core material of the floor absorbs water and expands, resulting in the expansion of the cladding. However, the core material is dried, and the cladding fails to recover its original shape, causing bulging and delaminate of floor.

Our PVC modified material floor adopts a special formula to control the wood powder content at an extremely low level, so that the water absorption performance of the product becomes extremely poor, and the floor will not be bulged. 

There are two reasons for the floor warping and curl at the edges, one is because the product experienced a long time of direct sunlight before installation, resulting in deformation. The second reason is that the volume changes due to thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in warping at the splice.

Our products are treated by special process, which greatly reduces the coefficient of thermal expansion and cold contraction, and it is not easy to warp the edge and bend, but it should still avoid long-term direct sunlight before installation.

The cracking and deformation of the floor is due to the repeated water absorption and dehydration of the core material, which leads to the instability of the molecular structure between the floors.

Our floor wood powder content is very low, water absorption is very poor, not easy to crack.
