Does the floor warp?

Common PE flooring on the market is made by hot-pressing a mixture of plastic particles and wood powder. Wood powder has water-absorbing properties—when exposed to moisture, it swells and squeezes adjacent floor panels, leading to edge lifting and buckling. If unevenly dried after absorbing water, internal stress imbalances can occur, making the flooring prone to bending and twisting, which affects both its appearance and service life.

Our flooring uses a special formula and process to keep the wood powder content at an extremely low level, significantly reducing the product’s water absorption and fundamentally solving the problem of water-induced deformation.
