Bamboo-wood flooring is made by carbonizing bamboo and wood, then pressing them with adhesive under high pressure. It requires regular maintenance. Otherwise, UV rays will cause the surface layer to peel off, allowing moisture to penetrate the interior. As the flooring repeatedly absorbs and releases water, the bamboo fibers separate from the adhesive, resulting in a service life of no more than three years. PS flooring is made of foamed plastic, with poor UV resistance and significant thermal expansion and contraction. When it contracts in cold weather, stress concentrates at the fixed screw points, causing the flooring to break, with a service life of no more than five years.
PE co-extruded wood-plastic composite flooring contains wood flour, which has high water absorption. After repeated cycles of water absorption and dehydration, the molecular structure of the flooring changes, leading to aging, brittleness, bulging, and cracking.
Our PVC modified wood-plastic composite flooring has a very low wood flour content, significantly reducing water absorption and maintaining structural stability. With added antioxidant materials, it is waterproof and UV-resistant, generally lasting 10-15 years.
