If your package is lost or damaged, please follow the procedures below to handle it. We will do our best to assist you in solving the problem and protecting your rights and interests: If the logistics shows that it has been signed for but not received, or if your express delivery shows that it is in transit but has not been updated within 20 working days, please contact the logistics customer service for inquiry. If it is confirmed to be lost, we will contact them for compensation. After the products arrive, it is necessary to confirm that there are no abnormalities, no damages and no quantity deviations in the goods before signing for them. If there are any issues, refuse to accept on the spot, take photos for record, keep the logistics vouchers and contact customer service. We will assist with claims or resend the goods.
